About the Founder

  • Hi, I’m Sandra—a mom, marketer, and lifelong creator. I earned my MBA in Marketing in 2016, writing my thesis on online shopping while working in the banking industry for over 10 years. Deep down, I always knew my true passion was building something creative and meaningful.

    That passion came to life when we moved to Dubai and had two beautiful kids. The turning point came during my daughter Catherine’s first Kid Entrepreneurship Day. At just six years old, Catherine’s excitement, creativity, and confidence were beyond inspiring. She designed her first pieces, named the brand herself, and proudly ran her own booth. Watching her bring her ideas to life reminded me of the magic of starting something from the heart.

    Catherine is more than an inspiration—she’s a true co-founder. From choosing charms and colors to helping with product ideas and packaging, she’s involved in every step of the creative process. Her imagination, playful spirit, and bold ideas continue to shape the heart of our brand.

Do you offer party and event bookings?

Yes! We host charm-making activities for birthdays, school events, and pop-ups. It’s a fun and interactive experience kids (and adults!) love. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance with a 50% down payment to secure your spot. If you’re booking on short notice, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Do you ship internationally?

We’re a mom-and-daughter team! Sandra runs the business, inspired by her daughter Catherine’s creativity and passion for crafts. Catherine helps with choosing charms, designing pieces, and always adds her colorful touch to everything we create.

We use a mix of high-quality acrylics, stainless steel, gold-plated chains, and hypoallergenic components to ensure both safety and durability for kids and adults.
How long does it take to prepare an order?

Most custom orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. For larger or bulk orders, we’ll always give you a clear timeline before confirming.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes! We love helping you surprise loved ones. Just add their name, address, and a gift note at checkout—we’ll wrap it with extra care and a touch of magic.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our products are handmade and often personalized, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
What age is your charm activity suitable for?

Our charm-making experience is perfect for ages 4+, with different material options for kids, teens, and adults. We tailor each activity to suit the age group.
How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals. Store them in a dry place and handle them gently, especially if they include delicate charms.
