All Catherine Colorful Creations pieces are handmade and customized with love — which means each order is made specially for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

In the rare case of an error or if an item needs resizing or adjustment, we’ll gladly help. A courier pickup may be arranged if needed, and we’ll do our best to fix the issue promptly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Because our products are handcrafted and customized, local orders typically take 3–5 working days to be prepared and shipped (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). And International Shipping typically takes 5-8 working days. 

If you have a specific deadline or need urgent delivery, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

These are determined by your country and are out of our control. We are unable to estimate or cover these costs in advance.

Customer happiness is at the heart of everything we do. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges for customized items, we’re here to support you in case of any issues.

If an item is delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@catherinecolorfulcreations.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In the unlikely event that your jewelry has a defect (e.g. a broken clasp or missing charm) within 30 days, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item.
